All fees for service are due at the time treatment is provided and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash. If you have a dental benefit plan, our staff will gladly complete the claim forms and submit them on your behalf to make the process easy. Your Plan will reimburse you directly and quickly – often within 24-48 hours through direct deposit or 1-3 weeks via cheque.
We will continue to provide you with detailed treatment plan options and fees estimates before you start. We can also submit these estimates to your plan on your behalf so you can know what your plan covers before you start treatment. Please Note: these “pre-determinations” we send are not a claim against your benefit plan. Rather, it is a request for approval for treatment that we plan for you. We always do our best to have the most accurate information for you regarding estimates, but it is ultimately your responsibility to confirm coverage eligibility with your plan provider. We are always available to help you troubleshoot claims if there are any issues.
We want to emphasize the importance of providing you with treatment options for optimal oral health. What is best for your health and what is covered by dental benefit plans are two different things. We take pride in treating YOU not your dental benefit plan. Rest assured, treatment can be prioritized and sequenced over time to stay within your budget.

We understand sometimes unavoidable circumstances can prevent you from keeping your reserved appointment. Please note that we do request 2 business days’ notice to move, change, or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $125 fee being applied to your personal file.
